Yellow-Footed Rock Wallaby The Yellow-footed rock wallaby (Also know as a ring-tailed wallaby) is classed as a vulnerable species on the CSIRO red list. These wallabies weight 7-13 kg when fully grown and a height of 60cm.Located in western New South Wales, North-west Victoria, Eastern South Australia and patches of land in Queensland.

The main cause of decline in population for the wallabies is hunting for their fur and meat, It is now illegal to hunt the 18 different species of Yellow Footed-Rock Wallbies.
The wallabies only live up to 10 years but the mortality rate is extremely high in the first 5 years of life. Their diets consist of grassing the vegetation between rocks and cliffs.
